By purchasing from Your Best Insta (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following:

Access & Inclusions
Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to program materials and access as described on the sales page at the time of purchase.

No Guarantees & Testimonials
We do not guarantee followers, income, or specific results. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical. Results vary based on effort, market conditions, and platform changes. We do not guarantee similar outcomes.

Platform Disclaimer
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform. Strategies taught may be affected by algorithm changes, platform policies, or enforcement actions beyond our control.

Personal Responsibility
Your success with Instagram or any social platform depends on your effort, consistency, and compliance with platform rules. You accept full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and any consequences.

Confidentiality
All course materials (including PDFs, replays, chat transcripts, and prompts) are for enrolled students only. Sharing outside the group is not permitted.

Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds are not offered.

Payment Plans
When you enroll on a payment plan, you are committing to the full balance. Payments are installments toward the agreed program price, not a cancellable subscription. No early cancellation: all installments must be completed. Failed payments: the system will retry automatically; access will be suspended until balance is current.

Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks are considered a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of access and collection of amounts due.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your Best Insta from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your application of our content, including but not limited to account actions taken by platforms, lost income, or disputes with third parties.

Outside Class Communication
If your program includes outside-class communication (such as a Telegram group), instructor participation is limited to the time and support allotted for your specific program. Instructors respond within the group at their discretion and during their allotted availability. All program-related communication must take place inside the Telegram group. Direct messaging instructors or contacting them individually is not permitted.
If you require support beyond what is included in your program, you may purchase an additional 1:1 session with your instructor if available. Email communication is reserved for technical support issues only (e.g., login problems, access errors, payment questions).

EU Digital Content
If you are an EU consumer: by accessing digital content immediately after purchase, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
